Application Info

Amanda at Graduation USC with KangaroosEvery CANTEACH student that has applied to two schools has been accepted to at least one, usually both, for Teacher Education.

CANTEACH Universities have been specifically chosen for the programs they offer, their location, study abroad experience offered and dedication to supporting Canadians, specifically wanting to obtain their teaching qualification. Mike Johnson, the Director of CANTEACH, is a certified Teacher in Ontario and has personally visited each campus and met with those in charge of the pastoral care of International students and Education Faculty at each University.

Application Instructions for all CANTEACH Universities

The CANTEACH Brochure is a must read for all students.

Please consult the CANTEACH Teachables Table and Mapfor an overview of what each university offers and check out the individual school link for your teacher education options:

For each application students must fill out the CANTEACH Application Form.

Each University has different application processes and multiple copies of the same materials are required for applying to multiple schools.

CANTEACH students are more than welcome to apply to two (2) Universities of their choice. It is suggested that two (2) University choices are all you need to make. Choices are based upon your interest, geography, personal preference, timeline, program you wish to study and the availability of your program of interest. Use the inquire form or email to get in touch with Mike Johnson, Director of CANTEACH, anytime for advice on your application.

Applications are lodged directly to CANTEACH, so an application review can take place to further gain your acceptance into that University.

Visit the pages for each university to find a list of application items need to apply to each CANTEACH University:
