Application Info

Every CANTEACH student that has applied to two schools has been accepted to at least one, usually both, for Teacher Education.

CANTEACH Universities have been specifically chosen for the programs they offer, their location, study abroad experience offered and dedication to supporting Canadians, specifically wanting to obtain their teaching qualification. Mike Johnson, the Director of CANTEACH, is a certified Teacher in Ontario and Alberta and has personally visited each campus and met with those in charge of the pastoral care of International students and also the Education Faculty at each University.

Each University has different application processes and multiple copies of the same materials are required for applying to multiple schools.

CANTEACH students are more than welcome to apply to one (1) or two (2) Universities of their choice. Choices are based upon your interest, cost, teachables, geography, personal preference, timeline, program you wish to study and the availability of your program of interest. Applications are lodged directly to CANTEACH, so an application review can take place to further gain your acceptance into that University.
